Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from us. To assist you, we have set out below the Paint Returns Policy highlighting key points that you should know.

Australian Consumer Law: Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (if you are a consumer) and other relevant laws.

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period for which a remedy may be available can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.

We ask that when making a purchase you please choose carefully as does not accept return of products where you have simply changed your mind, are not happy with a colour or where the purchase was a gift that was unwanted. also does not accept any returns on any paint that has been tinted.

Products purchased online can only be returned if they are faulty, and the fault did not arise through any misuse, abnormal use or negligent use of the product.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us via 02 9706 7361 and speak with our staff, or email us at [email protected] and type ‘Return’ in the subject line.  If can determine that a customer’s purchased goods are damaged or faulty and was through no fault of their own or through wear and tear, they will be entitled to choose one of the following options for a refund:


If an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it for you at no charge if you provide a proof that it has been damaged.

All shipments are covered by transit insurance. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
It is important for the purposes of our insurance claims that you take digital photos of the carton as it arrives and also of the damaged articles.
We will replace any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back, or in many circumstances, as soon as we receive the photos. We apologise for any inconvenience.

RETURNS & REFUND does not accept returns if you change your mind or order too much.
Store credit or product replacement is offered for faulty items only. No cash refunds will be given.

If you receive a faulty item, please return it back to for store credit or a replacement. Issues regarding faults in manufacturing must be raised within 2 weeks of receipt of your goods.

In some cases, if by some reason you are not happy with the product within the 2 week period, we might consider a return/refund, if packaging of the product is not voided. The 15% restocking fee will apply. 


All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain all receipts and packaging for warranty purposes. If an item needs to be replaced under warranty and you contact, we will gladly communicate with the manufacturer, but we will not give you credit or exchange the item until manufacturer’s approval.
